With my air guns, I have found a chronograph to be an indispensable tool. I use a small amount of blue lock tight or flexible fabric glue on the threads of the 2 set screws and have not had any problems since. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I take a shotgun cleaning patch and wet it with Ballistol oil.  I put it in a half filled Crosman tin for 500 pellets and shake it around. Enough oil gets on the pellets from the patch to lubricate without overdoing it. That is my way, to each their own.</p>

<p>The bad issue is when you try to put a 177 barrel on a 22 or 25 caliber Condor with the high flow valve tank.</p>

For a short cut, the pellet seating tool had a round ball at one end, and a tapered cone at the other to push the pellet in at the same depth every time.
