I have emptied it via the bleed screw pushed the valve…Read more

quote PiterM:Sounds like leaking regulator. So actually you get full pressure in the plenum all the time. Try to clean it, or remove and put back again. It can be just a small piece of dust on oring or something similar. It’s leaking reg for sure.

Thanks Piter. The above were the reg settings not the pressure in the cylinder.
What are you trying to achieve ?
The same fpe with higher shot count with quiter report ?

Or a high powe tune …… if so, I’d take out just the TP restrictor and leave the reg settings alone for now and test see.

I’d try and contact Brian at West …. he’d be the Man to ask for measurements to adjust the reg !
https://www.edgunwest.com/contact.html

Also there’s a reg kit to get more shots out of the Leshiy by HUMA that WingMan and Brian help put together that doesn’t require a tester to…Read more

What I think the OP is saying is that by turning the HST CCW on his Leshiy decreases the velocity rather than increasing it like it suppose to do, and visa versa.
It sounds like the TP is restricted to meet the 12 fpe limitation and or the reg settings low.

quote shooter3:No, it is like that in Leshiy. Clockwise – decrease, counterclockwise – increase.

Don’t think you read it correctly. Increasing hammer spring tension is reducing power.
