<p>First thing I would check is the inlet check valve and or it&#8217;s spring.<br />
Clean out the excess lube in the inlet also, often times this is the place where a lot of lube ends up.</p>
<p>If not you need to rebuild the pump when doing so the biggest mistake is using to much silicone lube.<br />

<p>Adjustable Spanner Wrench are sold on Amazon, u&#8217;d might want to check/search there, just not sure which one will fit your application ?</p>
