It&#8217;s not a very close fit where it emerges from the upper case at the junction of the shroud.  What keeps the &#8220;upper case&#8221; from moving in relation to the breech assembly?</p>

That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s polished on both ends with no sign of breakage.</p>

Don&#8217;t know about the broken stem, though that makes sense, but the pin that came out seemed to be polished on both ends, didn&#8217;t have a broken appearance.  I really need a higher rez parts diagram so I can see what&#8217;s supposed to be in there.  Maybe detailed disassembly instructions for the breech mechanism.</p>

Front O-ring had failed (the one nearest the pressure gauge).  Air had dissected almost 360 degrees around the greater circumference allowing leakage at pressures above 150 BAR or so . I asked Tony about warranty before ordering and he said 2 years.  If he had said &#8220;none&#8221;, he wouldn&#8217;t have gotten my order.  The attitude that says &#8220;I don&#8217;t give a rip about customer satisfaction&#8221; eventually will come back to bite you.  </p>

Removed the grease on the sear arm lever and applied Dri-Slide, a MoS2 lubricant, to both screw-end and lever.  Also Dri-Slide on sear and sear notch as well as other moving parts.   (None in places where it would enter bore) Big improvement!! I do like the idea of the added safety of a larger sear engagement, especially on a gun that has no mechanical safety.  I think maybe polishing the nose of the trigger screws will clean up the notchy feel.
