<p>Actually, I tried every single suggestion&#8230;including checking the barrel tightness.  I actually discovered that the transfer port (where air enters the barrel) was not properly aligned with the gun. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>T-12 Whisper shot great without the shourd cap&#8230;so reamed it out slightly and put it back on&#8230;it looks like that may fix the clipping.</p>
<p>Also took most of the preload tension out of the magazine to reduce risk of distorting the pellet skirts.</p>
<p>Shot well from 10 yards, 25 yards and 35 yards&#8230;not totally sure we are good at 50 yards. <p>Take a few shots and then look and see if the marker has been touch by the pellet. Use a magnifying glass</p>
