What has happened here is one or more Chinese companies have purchased our bipod then copied it infringing the UTILITY PATENT then by copying our engraving “ATLAS” they are infringing on our COPYRIGHT.

Thank you for your thoughts and the only thing I need to make clear is that there is NOT a licensed V8 Atlas bipod.

We licensed the V7 which another member has posted up here, and it, as well as ANY other licensed Atlas bipod will have “For Airsoft” permanently marked on them.

So my defending our products and the people I work with as well as our customers that have bought Atlas bipods is meaningless? I could not disagree more.
