Don’t understand this valve. I can pull it out not nothing seems to hold it in. I put in order. Spring first than plastic with hole up to brass new o ring. Started brass collar back on slid in valve so it went into hole of plastic. Tightened up brass. Still leaks. Any ideas? Thanks
