I dont remember how fast it will go but I doubt the 12&#8243; with the standard flow tank will go supersonic. I have killed Colombian ground squirrels out to 36 yds with a perfect head shot with ease and they have solid heads compared to birds so that tells you how far you can take squishy targets out to.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I doubt you have a micro meter tank. The tank for the talon and SS model has a smaller port in the top hat because they do not put the high flow on that model. In my opinion the only way you will get that many usable shots will be to put a regulator on it.</p>

I would put it about .085 and see what the velocity is and fine tune it from there.</p>

You just do not have a long enough barrel to allow that extra air to give you more velocity. I did get real close to 900 fps with cudas when I swapped in my high flow tank. The only difference is you have to loosen a set screw then you literally unscrew the collar from the tank and you are done. First the 24&#8243; barrel uses less air to get the same performance as the shorter barrel. Less air equals less noise and easier to make it very quiet. The other plus to less air needed is a higher shot count. That is why they slide in and out easily from the frame. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>They are not bigger the reason you think it is only 1&#8243; is because you used a ruler 😉  If you used something that measures down to .001 you would find out it really measures 1.010 &#8211; 1.016 like Dyotat has posted. I have measured 3 and they all fall in that size. Online metals has the tube that is the exact same dimension inside as the Af frame.</p>
