<p>Are you sure about putting that moisture trap between the pump (Shoebox) and his scuba tank?  It would have to be one of those expensive Joe Brancato filters that can handle the high pressure of up  to 4200 psi.</p>
<p>I use a $65 desiccant filter between my shop compressor and the shoebox that can handle the 120psi.</p>
<p>I&#8217;d hate to blow up our new friend!!!</p>

Shoot the pellet, flip it over and judge what I get. Neil is over the top anal. In fact to a point that he sent me a a digital caliper  to measure the barrel diameter because he didn&#8217;t trust my caliper readings.</p>

Didn&#8217;t take long to figure out that anything to do with a repair of HP compressors is expensive and time consuming to get parts. Sold it off before I went broke trying to make it work.</p>

<p>Steve has also posted a recent mod to the safety as well. Goggle and search is your friend!!!!</p>

Add a TT LDC and it will be almost as quite as the .177 but deliver close to 49 FPE for some real knockdown power. This has his one-piece valve, tank mod, and his brass Condor hammer. Plus a bunch more of his work as well.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You definitely have overkill with a Condor valve and heavy 95 gram hammer. I have one of Tony&#8217;s modded Talon tanks and use the standard AF hammer. I haven&#8217;t chronied it but it groups well at a 2700 psi fill for 20-25 shots, enough for my backyard use.  Guess I need to run it through the chrony just to see what speed it&#8217;s shooting.</p>

<p>Or, the TT forearm, when tightened, is leveraging against part of the frame fore or aft of the screw and torquing  the frame resulting in the same barrel condition.</p>
