The current barrel part that forms the loading tray will be made a separate piece (bored out to 0.260) and attached to the breech. It will include the transfer port. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>AirTube OD is 1.125 and 19 inches long to seam where airtube meets valve tube.<br />
Barrel OD is 0.635 and 23.75 inches long. (I assume it is the Walther 25 caliber airrifle barrel that comes 0.630 x 23.8 inches long).</p>

It shoots as well as any other rifle I have in the same situation. I was not real happy with performance at 118 yards, but it had a scope I hated at the time. If you want to thread a new tube for a crosman 22xx series it won&#8217;t fit in the head and that will be a problem. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>When I got my talon SS new it was quite hard to take the safety off. I could not do it with the trigger finger, I had to use my thumb and pinch toward the trigger guard. </p>
<p>I took it apart and polished the bottom of the sear and contact on the safety and now it is easy to do with my trigger finger just before the shot.</p>

I did five minutes of slow pumping and 10 minutes rest. It took almost 3 weeks to get it fixed by airforce. I wnded up with a tank and returned the pump. </p>

I got the long metal breach with 10&#8243; LW .177 barrel, and carbon fiber looking stock. With a reddot and me shooting (I suck) it puts 30 pellets in a .4 ctc hole at 12 yards. I really love it.</p>

I found it was caused by a mis-seated pellet The pellet failed to go down the barrel and keep enough pressure on the barrel side of the valve to keep it open. I have had the one that is on the talon now on a Gamp CFX for almost a year and I loved it on that. Now that it is on the talon I have nothing on the CFX. I am thinking about getting a second one to go back on the CFX.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I was just thinking about how I could make a compressor out of the handpump by adding a large wheel and a drive link (link an old train) and a little gear on a motor to turn the large wheel. I would be kinda tall and slow but would save a lot of effort with the handpump. It would need to go slow to prevent the pump from get heat damaged&#8230;..</p>

I have seen nice drawings and prototypes of the in tank regulator, I do not see where this is available for sale. I would give $250 for one that works and provides ANY kind of adjustment.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Has anyone looked into (or done) a change of spring and hammer to allow for shotting on lower pressure like the USFT?</p>
<p>This seems like the a very simple thing to do with a very modular rifle like the talon. </p>
<p>Add a 24&#8243; barrel and change something about the valve/spring/hammer and you should be able to shot at the lower pressure? right ? wrong?</p>
