Have you lapped the barrel yet? And I agree with Keyser, if the head of the pellet is tight you may be deforming the skirt seating it. Wingman also mentions in a thread about opening the leade of the barrel so pellets seat with little force.

The only thing I could think of it changing is the resonance of the barrel which i don’t know if it has any affect on pcp’s like it supposedly does on Powder burners. I am Ocd and use torque wrenches on everything and usually tighten those two bolts to 40 inch pounds and no issues.

It is currently set at 110bar and with zero preset Hsta it shoots at 612fps and with +10 CCW Hsta it plateaus at 820 fps. My goal for the gun is to be able to achieve 700fps with zero Hsta and being capable to dial it to 885fps.

Its not the point. Point is that SWFA 1-4 scope has a set non adjustable 100 yard parallax.

Can it be used down to 10 yard? Yes. Will it be as crisp as a scope that has adjustable parallax? No.
