I tried a few different diameters and it is such a critical thing with that much surface that it was not worth the effort IMO . I have pulled about 450 pounds of high velocity RF lead out of our indoor range . After remelting it down it came in at 10 bhn. And it had a lot of molly coat to burn off as well . I have no more leading in my condor now . 1 The harder alloy . 2 I use the molly dry lube on the bullets . 3 I clean the barrel after ever day at the range . I am going to clean and lube it today before I cast . If it does not loosen up by its self I might adjust the pins some . I have no problems with accuracy with this bullet .
