									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just wanted to offer a quick thanks to everyone for the ideas on how to do these cuts.</p>
<p>I tried the Angle method last night and it worked out great. I only had a 3/4&#8243; bit to work with and trial and error led me to an angle of around 32.5 degrees. </p>

<p>I&#8217;m planning a similar safety setup but with a secondary sear similar to the stock one and the safety acting on the secondary lever so it is closer to the grip.</p>

<p>Well I managed to cut in the loading/cocking port on my body tube. My drill press was none too happy with it&#8217;s responsibility&#8217;s as a milling machine and chose to show its displeasure by cutting erratically and sloppily. <p>Ok, so my valve works  😀 </p>
<p>I just managed to fab up the stem seal and gave it a low pressure test. Apart from a minor leak past the valve seat until pressure builds enough to seal it, it seems to work. Time will tell if it passes enough gas to do the job, things are looking mighty tight in there&#8230;</p>

A bit of searching online seemed to indicate that .002 to .004 was typical for interference fits for bearings and such, so I went with the high end thinking that aluminum would expand more than steel and permit the extra .001&#8243;. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>&#8230;Oh, I forgot to ask if anyone knows about the WEVO tanks. I noticed that they sell just the tank for a reasonable price ($36-46USD). I figured If I want to go PCP down the line one of these tanks, I make my own valve and I&#8217;m good to go for a much better price than an AF tank (~$180USD).</p>
