It is definitely an early model as it has a screw in muzzle piece that allows you to remove it to add a bean can or something. Also it has the plastic bushings and only two screws to hold the barrel in. Is there a link to a parts list or do you just email/call Air Force?

Unfortunately you would need a rimfire to weaver adapter. These are great rings but a little expensive. No ring marks or stress on the scope tube.
