The barrels are good quality, the valve is about as consistent as you can ask for without a regulator. As such is is powerful and accurate. That said, it is not much of a work of art.

Run into the same problem with CO2 during the Texas summer. Summer heat causes the CO2 pressure to increase, the increase pressure put back pressure in the valve. The hammer has a harder time opening the valve, so velocity either is significantly reduced – or quite often the valve locks up completely.

Way too many people have problem with the CO2 adapter. Got to wonder what is wrong with with them – but more often than not they leak.

I have shot a ton of Crosman wadcutters, both in .177 and .22 – they have been acceptable (abet, with the .22, I simply assumed that was the best the pistol could shoot – I may have been selling myself short there). Could not find Crosman, figured Daisy could not be that much worse – oh well.

Most people who complain about the inherent in accuracy of iron sights are talking about open sights. Aperture sights, however can often be more accurate than scopes. For optics to be accurate, you have two options.
