I put enough pressure on it to engage the broken plastic screw and then tried to back it out.  Suddenly it came out, still attached to the screw driver. My first approach will be to try to flatten the sheared off end so that I can make a small starting point in the center for the tap drill. I might pre-heat something to do this like maybe the head of a small brad.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Just realized the screw was plastic.  The key is 3/32&#8243; and that means screw is 4-40.  Will run a hot needle into the old broken screw, start the drill, retap, and add a real screw.</p>

This is the screw that shows the power level.  I over tightened it and broke the head off, leaving the threaded portion in the tapped hole.  Does anyone know the thread size? <p>Today I ordered a high-flow Condor tank and hammer weight from Randy at R &amp; L.  I decided to keep the original .22 Talon SS tank intact.  So it seems I will end up with a .25 Talondor with 18&#8243; TT barrel and TT shroud, all .25 caliber.</p>

I cocked the bolt during this last  barrel swap so that I could feel where the barrel was coming through.  I also had the power wheel backed off.  The sliding bolt assembly was really loose and wobbly and I thought it would fall out.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>These two black rubbery parts have the rounded surfaces molded and the other surfaces are torn as if they were torn off something.  As long as they don&#8217;t belong to the Talon I&#8217;m satisfied.</p>
<p>Since I&#8217;ve changed barrels twice before, I think any loose or extra things would have already fallen out.</p>

This time I thought the 12&#8243; barrel was in all the way and secured the bushings but didn&#8217;t realize the screws were beside the bushing and not INTO the bushing.  The breech was really wobbly so I removed all the screws and started over. A few weeks ago I bought a new .25 cal 12&#8243; barrel from PA and swapped everything.  It&#8217;s still quiet and accurate.  I also have an 18&#8243; .25 with shroud from TT.  It&#8217;s also very quiet. The charge to fill the new tank to 4500 psi was only $12.00.  I should have bought the tank in the first place.</p>
