<p>I have tested a 13 CI bottle and co2 adapter on my Talon .177, I was trying to get a lower velocity than my regular bottle.</p>

Experimenting with the CO2 adapter, I installed the ORING.  This gave me some adjustability up to a setting of 8, after that it actually slowed down.  I found the 6 setting the best.</p>

I use a 177 barrel for this, but have fired my .25 with CO2 mostly to 20 yards and I have been happy with it.  I use a 9 oz bottle, since it is a little smaller in diameter than a 12 oz.</p>

I now am experimenting with a leather shim on the clam.  Unfortunately, so far one is too thick and the other is too thin, but it shows promise.</p>
<p>I really like the 9 oz bottle compared to a 12 oz.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Using a bore laser, the Sun Optic rings appear to do the job.  Now to get to the range, to check it out.  The rings were pretty simple to set up.  </p>
<p>Wow, 150 yards, quite a challenge, it seems like shooting a mortar.  I used to shoot a carbine in .45 LC at 200 yards.  Midrange was 16 inches high.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Now I have ordered a set of Sun Optic adjustable rings, in hopes of eliminating the shims.  The reason for the 10 yard zero, is that I want to use it for shooting silhouettes at our club.  Targets range 9-18 yards.  I plan on running the Talon on CO2.</p>
<p>If it doesn&#8217;t work out, I still have a great rifle to shoot at longer range.</p>

It went together, but was tight.  Might explain why in the reviews people used a shorter screw.  It looks good, will get to shoot it Monday, to check it out.  </p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I am sort of ending up with the lower power due to refilling problems.  I will probably refill to 2500 psi, but I am looking for what lower level I should shoot to (in theory anyway).  Maybe 1500, or would that be too low.</p>
<p>I am waiting on a Spin-loc, so I will have a gauge.</p>
