I did not see any other screws so I wiggled the bottom plate to see where it was being held. I then noticed that the trigger appeared to be in a forward position. I tried to fire it. It worked. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I would go from the breach. I have never removed my tank, but have watched YouTube videos where they did, and it looks pretty straight forward. Then just unscrew the cocking knob. I wish I had thought of it when I replaced my hammer. </p>

Dyotat&#8217;s method would be easier. The SS &#8216;s barrel was difficult to remove and I wound up shearing off the head of the PW screw during reassembly. The PW screw is plastic for some unknown reason. I have not done a lot of testing since putting them in but here are some general observations. When I got the gun I noticed that the action was louder than the muzzle report. <p> Shooting 18.1 grain JSB&#8217;s, stock, with oring behind top hat, 3000 psi fill. With the PW at 2, I got 43 shots til 2000 psi. The first 20 shots are fairly consistant, high 1063 fps, low 1054 fps. The next 23 shots are a fairly straight line decline to 984 fps. 									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I recently picked up the Condor SS in .22 cal.  Stock, 2800 psi, and pw set at 2, I was shooting JSB Jumbo Heavies at 1050 fps. It is plenty quiet, at least as far as upsetting your neighbors is concerned. The hammer needs quieting down. An oring behind the top hat quieted it down some. I will also be getting the hammer slap mod from Tony.</p>
