To sell a gun that costs less than $600 for $1400 sounds like usury. For you guys who are knowledgeable in such things, what is the justification (other than greed)? Once again I would note that my .22 Ruger 10/22 with Volquartsen…Read more

Good question, Octavius. Evegny over at Airgun Technologies (Vulcan) told me three months ago that CZ were not producing .30 caliber barrels yet and that was why he was not building a Vulcan .30.

I don’t think Kalibrgun has made a .30. There was an abortive attempt by an US dealer; they purchased 20 FX smooth twist barrels and were going to install them on the Cricket .25 chassis but their machinist evidently cut the wrong end of the barrel resulting in the prototypes being woefully inaccurate. Then Kalibrgun brought out the much larger…Read more

Many thanks for the report, Keyser. Unfortunately nothing really exciting. Can understand Kalibrgun wanting to hold the big news for IWA, but it makes me wonder why they made the expensive trip to SHOT if they’re not going to give us something to raise the excitement if it’s only a lightweight stock.
