<p>There is no requirement for them in other tanks. There is no legal requirement for them in dive tanks.</p>

<p>The Bushy only focuses on the AO setting, the Tasco and VXIII both have a much better depth of focus.</p>

<p>You can go straight to the hydro facility and pay around $20 for the hydro, but then the dive shop will likely hit you up for the VIP to the tune of about $15.</p>
<p>For free air, I say pay for the Hydro and VIP and shoot away.</p>

<p>At 10&#8242; you should be hitting about 3&#8243; low.</p>
<p>Move your target back to 18-20 yards.</p>
<p>Most scopes don&#8217;t have enough elevation range to zero at 10&#8242;, especially with a 3.5&#8243; scope hight.</p>

I figured it was normal until I reassembled the rifle, it seemed like it didn&#8217;t go together just right. I had to break the rifle down again today as I wanted to install a de-pinger.</p>

<p>A 490cc tank is .49 liter (these are liquid volume) and .073cf at atmospheric pressure and 3.5 cf at 3000psi (gas volume) </p>
<p>Say you use 1/2(1500psi) of your 490cc tank and refill with an 80cf SCUBA tank it will take 1.75cf from your 80cf tank. If your 80 cf tank started at 3000psi it will now be 2943. </p>

<p>Since I have started paying attention, I haven&#8217;t had the dramatic duds.</p>
<p>I did replace the spacer/bushing as you have, but it is out of the slot when you fire, so I&#8217;m not sure that was the cause.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Make sure the scuba tank is rated at least to 3000psi. Steel tanks range from 2400(very common 72ci tank) to 3500psi(more expensive larger tanks). </p>
<p>Aluminum tanks are 3000 or 3300 and mostly 80cf. </p>
<p>The pressure will be stamped into the neck of the tank.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Set your tophat at .070, and your power wheel in the middle say at 6. Then go shooting and see which of the ammo you have will group the best. You should be able to get the EJs and the Kodiaks to group well at 50yrds +. The Crow Mags will group OK out to 30 yrds or so.</p>

<p>In a talon w 18&#8243; barrel with a PB reg set at 1400 it will shoot about 770, very consistently, with 16g pellet. You do need to change out the 1.5K burst disk&#8230;&#8230;ask me how I know.</p>
<p>Eric1200 on this forum has a Talon setup this way.</p>
