Yet I&#8217;m assuming that due to the design/shape of the pellets, there was literally zero accuracy in any gun. I&#8217;ve only tested a few molds, identical rounds (380gn) sized at 454 and 457 and the 454 seems to be 30-50 fps higher.  After three shots of each from 3000psi, the 457s end at 2300psi and the 454s end at 2450psi. <p>According to the reviewer, the shroud brings the volume down to somewhere around 90db, which is about 20db higher than his mrod.</p>
<p>But I&#8217;m pretty sure my mrod is way quieter than that, and my Texan is far louder than 90db.
