<p>I think it weighs about 30-35 lbs. I found the center of gravity and put a handle on the top to carry it around with. It was interesting to see it hopping all around the shooting bench when I was testing it with the 9mm Glock.</p>

I was emailing Tony about my problem and he specifically mentioned to never dry fire the trigger mechanism while it&#8217;s not on the gun. That&#8217;s not why mine failed, however. I think in my case it was an oversight during assembly.<br />

If that&#8217;s the case just unscrew your HST, slide out the spring and then the rod will unscrew as well. On mine, the female threads were bad so, I ended up having to get a whole new assembly from Tony. During adjustment I&#8217;ll use a pencil and mark a point on the HST housing them mark the silver screw with 4 long pencil lines one on each 1/4 then I&#8217;ll mark a half line in between those. This helped me fine tune my gun with 1/16th turns (if necessary). Check your hammer spring set up. When mine went bad it made a big fps difference and sounded very strange.<br />
The hammer spring retaining rod stripped out of its threads and was hanging around loose. It was hard to see at first.
