<p>Yes &#8211; the hammer spring adjuster will work.  There is no need to go digging for the regulator.  I&#8217;d start by giving it a full turn counter-clockwise and see where that gets you.  Fine-tune it from there.</p>

<p>880-920fps.  Every gun is different.  I keep mine right at 900.  It arrived shooting at 950fps.  3/4 turn counter-clockwise put it at 900.</p>

<p>The mounts are both Burris P.E.P.R. one-piece mounts.  I use them to get a couple more inches of forward positioning to accommodate my camera mount.  They are a bit heavier than I would like. But, like the Hawke scope, the extra weight does translate to a tough piece of equipment.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Okay &#8211; got that sucker on there.  Used the BT17 rail, and fixed it to the stock using two, 3/4&#8243; swivel studs.  I have a crazy idea for a double-hung sling.  We&#8217;ll see about that&#8230;.;).  For now, it holds firm and didn&#8217;t need me to do any work from the inside of the stock ala using machine screws and nuts (which would have looked like crap).</p>
