<p>but no special tools are needed to remove the tophat.</p>
<p>take 2 flat screwdrivers,<br />
place them 180 degrees apart under the lip of the tophat,<br />
and gently pry the tophat up.</p>
<p> it took longer for me to type that than it does to actually pop the top hat out..</p>

<p>plus a loud steel target is a must for the phone to be able to hear the hit downrange.</p>

<p>the talonp valve is somewhat hotter than a stock condor valve.</p>
<p>a condor valve will give reduced velocities compared to the talonp valve when using it with the 12&#8243; barrel.</p>
<p>i have no experience with the r&amp;L valve.</p>

it did not require a spacer when reassembling.</p>
<p> all the pins in the trigger group have to be punched out,<br />
 as one of the pins runs through the safety,<br />
 reinstalling the trigger pieces was very tedious,<br />
 and took a bit of trial and error to get all the pieces working properly.</p>

<p>myself ive found anything over 2 on the power wheel setting will give shots that start high and drop in velocity significantly with every shot,</p>

<p>i put it in a mad dog ultima with an R&amp;L shroud and the bsa 4-14&#215;44 first focal plane scope from midway,sweet 🙂</p>
<p>as for the camera mount the seben is definitely adequate,<br />
although i would like something with a bit faster inital setup time,<br />
for when you have to break it down to fit in a case.</p>

it works well if you put a small piece or rubber/neoprene/foam under the knob that screws into the camera to brace it during recoil.</p>

<p>i got this 4000psi gauge for my talonp for $4.49 shipped  😯 </p>
<p>its a 1.5&#8243; diameter gauge so its bigger around than the stock gauge,<br />
and it sticks out farther,<br />
but it does not seem to get in my way,<br />
its easy to read,and its accurate,</p>
<p>it actually matches the large glycerin filled wika gauge on my joe b tank  :8: </p>

<p>i put a larger 22ci tank and a long R&amp;L shroud on it, its so quiet now i can shoot it in the house if i want to  :8: </p>
<p>mine loves H&amp;N baracudas,testing them yesterday i shot a group at 70yds i could cover with a nickle  :7:   :8:</p>
<p>but with the jsb kings it would shoot about 3/4&#8243; groups at 50yds.</p>
