Is there free space for the baffles to move back and forth between the set screw, spacer and shroud? Does sound like a clipping issue, check your baffles and shroud for an impact site.

Will keep my fingers crossed, barrel should be here in a few weeks.

I’m not sure about the lube, but I’ve heard these guns hate lube – if you do use it, make sure it’s not petroleum-based or it will melt the rubber o-rings.
