									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>I just went to get my aluminum tank filled two days ago at the dive shop and the guy was filling 20 CF scott air packs for the local fire guys.I asked him the same question.He said as long as it passes the pressure test and has no physical damage(ie..chips or cracks)they will still fill it.</p>
