&#8221; Your .177 hi-flo tank will work with a .22 caliber barrel, however, it will reduce the velocity approximately 50 &#8211; 100fps.  The reason being, a stronger valve spring is installed in a .177 hi-flo tank than for a .22 hi-flo tank.  But the .177 tank will work with the other caliber barrels. You have two on the side of the frame and two on the bottom of the frame. If you only have one set screw it appears Pyramyd may have swapped the barrel and forgot to install the other set screws.
