									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Norg, your barrel is too short to utilize the virtues of the condor valve. It will use a lot more air and make a lot more noise, but won&#8217;t give you more velocity, as you saw when we shot over my chrono using my condor/modded valve.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Jerry, for the first test I just put in around 1500psi, didn&#8217;t really look at the gauge carefully, might have been a couple hundred pounds less than that.  Fired a few 31g kodiaks (in .25) with minimal preload.</p>
<p>From a 24&#8243; barrel the chrono read around 860fps.</p>
<p>&#8230;..!!! I had to do a double take.  From under 1500psi?? Unreal. HOlds some real promise.</p>

<p>Thanks for that Walt, but I don&#8217;t do this kinda thing anymore, too time consuming. But there are about a bazillion other casters, shooters, and machinists out there calling it &#8216;cherries&#8217; and goodness me, no one&#8217;s told them 🙂</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Cab, the one piece stem is fabricated from a piece of billet steel. but it goes into a modified hi flo, I have to resize the hole that goes through the brass body part to accomodate the wider diameter.  So yes, it can be done to any hi-flo valve you have.</p>

<p>I don&#8217;t think you&#8217;ll ever find the answer. Takes more energy than a 3000psi bottle can deliver, to inscribe the rifling into a jacket. trust me, been there. So the answer is no, because you can&#8217;t get the bullets to exit the barrels.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Sorry AG, that mold won&#8217;t work. It is the type designed for fishing lures, so they are not precise enough. The hinges are big and sloppy, they don&#8217;t have locating dowels to align the 2 halves exactly, and lastly they don&#8217;t have relief lines scribed on the inner surfaces to allow for escaping gas.</p>

The brass insert has to be enlarged to fit as well, and a new O ring groove cut to accomodate the larger valve stem.</p>
