If you loose the trigger guard screw a bit thus the hammer release then?
Sometimes this bolt/screw it to long or you need a thicker spacer between the screw head and trigger guard.

Orings have a high slipstick effect. So to get them moving needs a lot of energie from the hamer and when moving the valve back on its seat also takes (i think) to much time and so to much air is lost.
