First my Stealth (Blodnod valve, 90 gram hybride hammer from Leupy) was doing 1025 fps with the 18 grains JSB and the valve was not set for max power and could even add some more preload behind the hammer spring. But 1025 fps was to fast for nice tight groups so I removed some preload.

Gunpower is very expensive for parts. £250 with shipping is more than 300 euro for those parts. To expensive for my project. On the BBS forum most complete Stealths or sold for about £250. I hope someone is having a frame for sale. I doensn’t have to be in perfect condition because I have to shorten the frame. I have also contacted AF but also t…Read more

So I can use the same bottle for the 12″ Stealt and 8″ Stealth. Now I only need a secondhand frame with trigger and that’s hard to find.

My idea was to use a 8-10 inch barrel and cut down the frame to that lenght because I always use the Weihrauch silencers on my airguns, but like you said a internal shroud is also an option.

The Weihrauch silencer is one of the best on the market and not so expensive. I only hear the hammer when shooting my 35 fpe Stealth.
Is it the 12″ barrel ? Thinking about a 8″ or 10 ” barrel like the FX Verminator so I can also shorten the frame a few inches.

Looks great !!

The problem with the smal tank and adapted valve is solved, thanks Baz.

So my next question is, what veloctity can I get with a 8 to 10″ barrel and modded valve or Blodnob valve in cal .22 ? Shot count doesn’t matter.

Is cal. 20 a better option for a flat trajectory up to 55 yards with enough hitting power ?

Already tanks for the advice.
