Starting a .257 Condor

Just askiing, what is the best pitch for a custom .257 barrel? A barrel maker can make a 25-20 barrel for me. But i’m not sure about the right pitch.

Here we use .25 as there, but, clearly a 70grains slug, not only delivers more energy…

My interest is focused on Very Long Range Shooting capabilities of the .257
A totally unknown development here.

Could be the country he lives in. That plays a major factor in getting gun parts always

Why make a custom .257 and spend the money when .25 are commonly available?
I’m a noob, just trying to understand.
