Well as usual Im late for the party, but Im here now so I’ll throw in a couple cents worth.
Its very disapointing the Yellow has taken this position on the Airarcher. Im hoping later on, maybe they will reconsider.
Pneumatic arrow guns have been around a long time. The Airrow Stealth has been marketed and sold for more than 20years. The expiration of their patent is one of the things that encouraged me to develope the Airarcher. The Lemak Axiom “Airbolt” is another high performance arrow air gun. A few years back Tom Gaylord refered me to Lemak when I inquired about the possibility of modifying the AF Condor for arrows.

Now it looks like FX is going to make one. I hope FX follows thru on their archery version. It appears to run on a remote air source. Looks like some very innovative things going on there.If the price is within reason or the features justify the price they will sell a lot of them.
Anyway Its Steve’s House and he can run it as he sees fit, but I have to say even withstanding the Airarcher They seem to be a little trigger happy over there with that Delete button on a lot of things 😕

well a couple of weeks ago i was painting…and kiddo was very interested…the easy thing to do would to put him inside…but it was two small stools that he consider his …so i found a brush….asked mommy about the clothes and showed him how to paint…he is only 23months old…and wasnt helping….BUT LEARNING
few days later he wanted to paint again, so i found a brush, some water and showed him some pieces of wood he could paint with water…wood turned dark and allmost as good as the real thing
i let him play with the powerdrill (no drill or bit that could hurt him) he was scared of it and after that left it alone….he learned, now i dont have to worry too much about him messing with the powerdrill when im up the latter or something, he got his curiosity satisfied and moved on to other things…sweeping the floor actually ..horrible at it…but let him know he is helping and he is proud
he started to be destructive to his toys…and guess what happens his best toy broke (sit on trike thingy in plastic) he learns…daddy got out the good epoxy and next day good as new
neighbors 5 year olds are not allowed to climb the play thing, their tree’s so whats gonna happen, they do it when no one is looking get hurt and parents got scared….why not let them climb …be there if it gets edgy…but otherwise let them PLAY and LEARN ! cute kids annoying as hell…their twins…what one says the other repeats..the have no sense of whats my property and theirs…i can be doing something dangerous and all of a sudden they have sneaked up behind ya…WTF…whoops gotta go kid just fell down from his plastic crap chair…told him not to stand there…hehe…

here’s a little story for you…
awhile back I was involved with a single mommie
she had bought the boy all sorts of cute nerf and plastic tools but had never allowed him to touch the tools I had gave her
anyways like a typical boy he was always walking around plastic hammer in hand hammering things like furniture, the floor, the TV set
no harm done but did try to warn her it was bad parenting to allow it to continue
anyways one day her and I are on the porch while the boy was watching Barney or some other garbage that melts the formative minds of children when there is a BOOM!
we rush inside, here is the boy standing there with mommies hammer and there is a big ass hole in the picture tube of the TV!
Mommie was mad as hell, started to take a swing at her boy but I caught her explaining, “what do you expect? You were the one who caused this, he had no damn way to know as you never allowed him to learn”
things changed dramatically around that house after that
we learn two ways
by example or by doing things the Wrong Way which mostly means getting hurt when we are young
a society that protects people, particularly children from that part of the learning process dooms itself in the long run in my opinion
i had a tool kit with a small but real saw, file, hammer, screwdrivers etc….today you can only get a platic kit that is uselss, unless you want to put something together your self….yeah i got hurt when the saw slipped…yeah i have hammered my fingers more than once…you live you learn
but US isnt alone rest of the world is following along just a few years behind
my kids will be allowed to climp tree’s, try the tools, build stuff…repair their own bike….mow the lawn…etc aint going to wrap them in foam

Here on TAG we have guys from Asia, India, the middle east, Europe, South America…you name it and that’s the wonderful thing of the WWW, a thing that seems routinely overlooked

It’s B.S that Steve posted a one sided summary of what the whiners think he said after deleting what Johnny Sweden actually posted, might make one think Johnny posted something terrible about the US…. You either post a rebuttal and leave the original thread or delete the thread and thats it.. no commentary to color peoples opinions when the other side has no option to defend themselves.
