Anyone have parts or service matadors? mine blew up
My matador gauge blew off and now at the least i need a gauge/ o ring/ hex screw, probably a regulator too. Tony says parts are hard to come by because of shipping situation and may take a couple months. Does anyone have extra parts to sell?

The probe O rings that I have are 90 Duro on the Shore A scale.
They are a lot harder than the standard O rings. I think that the standard O rings are in the 70-75 Duro range. The extra hardness helps them hold up on the probe. They have to withstand the sliding back and forth and also have to seal the blast of air when the gun fires.
90 Duro might be too hard for the internal O rings. Those O rings don’t have anywhere near as tough a sealing job. The harder O rings might make it really hard to slide the regulator/air valve housing back into the air tube.
If you go with the 90 duro O rings for the whole gun, let us know how they work out.

Those O rings are for the .22. I think that the .25 uses the same size o rings except for the probe. The .22’s probe takes 3 mm X 1 mm and the .25’s probe takes 4 mm X 1 mm.
I have had my .22 completly apart a couple of times and my .25 a lot of times. I don’t recall the Matador having that many O rings in it but, I haven’t had one apart in a while, I am getting old, I have slept since then and had a few beers also. 😆
Is that sizes for Matador .22 or .25?
And cant bealive that Matador have that many o rings in self.

Yes I have the pressure gage and other parts in stock. A friend of mine got killed by improper jacking the car. It fell down onto him and broke his back.

I know you have supplied guys with o rings all over the world. I don’t want you to go to that much trouble for me. I have a scope coming from USA at the end of the month and I can put a box of o-rings in the package.
Please recommend me a set of o rings for the Matador, a set that includes most of them, even if it is from different stores. You said something like 90 duro… Can you post a link for me, or maybe on a PM?

Why worry about replacement/repair parts when you won’t need any.
Tony is the authorised importer and service center. All I have ever needed for my Edguns (I just have 2 right now and it will be 3 when Tony lets me know that my R3 .25 long is in) has been O rings and I did break 2 air valves on the .25 when I was looking for stupid power.
Tony had the parts on hand.
Ed is currently having problems shipping out of Russia. He is working on it and I have no doubt that he will get it straightened out.
I have shot a ton of pellets out of the .22 standard and outside of O rings, I have had zero issues. I now have a lifetime supply of stronger O rings that last a very long time. Any Edgun owners out there that would like some, just ask.
The .25 did break 2 air valves. Ed set the gun up for the heavy EinJin pellets at 950 fps. It would shoot the 25.4 JSBs at 1050-1090 fps. Really good power but, JSBs don’t like going that fast. Once I turned the gun down to shoot JSB 25.4 grain pellets at 890 fps, I have around 7,000 pellets thru it with zero issues. It just so happens that 880-910fps is the most accurate speed for the JSBs.
I was down to 1 1/2 350 count tins of JSB .25 cal pellets and just got a new 12 tin order in. I don’t like to run out of pellets. I ordered the 12 tins when I got down to 4 tins. I was starting to get worried. That makes my 3rd 12 tin order this year, so far. I tend to shoot a lot.
The only other high dollar air gun that I own is a FX Royalle 400. Everybody on the Yellow creams their jeans over them. Nice gun but, compaired to the Royalle, the fit, finish, ruggedness, pointability and something that the Edgun has that I just can’t describe elevates the Edgun up to a higher level.
I am going to sign off now, drink some more Edgun Kool Aid flavored whisky and go to bed.
I have the Air Ranger 80 & the Edgun & when i broke the valve on the AR80 i went through hell to get a replacment & it was painfull & ended up making my own, which works a lot better.
I also broke the one on the Edgun & it took some time but i eventually got loads of parts just incase, parts are easier to get than the rifle.
in the last 8 months, i have bought an Air Wolf MCT, Air Ranger 80, and a Mark4iS. Considered by an Edgun each time but just couldn’t see spending that kind of cash( assuming i could even get a new one- which obviously you can’t) for a rifle with NO backup/warranty!!! i just like having some recourse( OR AT LEAST A PARTS SOURCE) if there is a problem. who you gonna call- GHOST BUSTERS>>>>>>>>>>
even though my dumbaxx broke it and i might not have it for a couple months, if i had to do over id still buy an edgun. best guns ive owned, my royale and edgun. if i had to keep one it would probably be the edgun. Im just glad i didnt really get hurt. You guys be careful when playing with your toys. Hpa is no joke.
this is the downside to buying a gun with no service network/dealers and is the main reason i hesitate to buy an Edgun- assuming i could even get one( not too likely apparently)!!! if i am going to spend close to $2000, i would like to know that any problems that arise have someone i can turn to for help(warranty???????). OK owners, flame away.
