Fort Pierce, Florida…the A#@hole of America 😡

quote Backyardairgunner:

Where in florida are you?

And what you should do, is send a box with flowers or something stupid in it, but write “GUN PARTS” on the outside 😆 😆

😆

quote Riverside:

Hell guys how many limp dickers in the USA have their cock pills shipped in from overseas in this country today?

😆

p.s. as always…thanks for the informative reply!

bottomline airguns for the most part are the same as firearms in HK
now I have shipped parts to the PRC labeled as for “Airsoft” just as I have shipped bits to the UK labled up as “pnumatic tubing”.

like it or not guys there is a vibrant Airgunning community and quite a bit of it you will never hear about as its in the far east, india, south america…even Africa
call me a scoffalaw but I see myself as an enabler

interestingly shipment to HK as a rule are not overly scrutinized
while it is now technically a part of the PRC they do seem to have a looser status than the provinces
In college I lived well over a year as the only Anglo in a house with half a dozen Red Chinese roomates…they loved my cars and motorcycles but guess what, most of all they loved my guns
was told while restrictive, private gun ownership was not uncommon…particularly in rural china
btw, the same was true in the old Soviet Union…rather difficult to live in the frontiers of Siberia without a rifle and/or shotgun

just an aside, after the Fienswine Assault Weapons ban was passed one of Colt’s hottest markets for preban configured ARs was the Russian Republics…have a great poster from the early 90s from a gun shop in Moscow advertising an AR with flash suppressor, bayo lug and CAR stock
DC Facists told us we couldn’t own one of these yet they were being sold in the former CCCP to their citizens. used to show it off at gunshows, man did that get folks pissed.

anyways 80, I would NOT ship a broke down AG and mislable it
parts are one thing but it is a bit different to be doing multi shpments resulting in a complete piece
that said even if intercepted it is highly unlikely you would get bird shit on your forehead over it

now as far as Customs scrutiny
depends on the Nation
for example the USA is extremely lax mostly due to the volume coming in
I can give you many examples guys without even getting into the Extasy trade
back in the 90s there was all sorts of funny shit afoot
there was a chap in Argentina that went by Ricardo online that was selling a drop in select fire backplate conversion for any Glock
western union him the money he shipped the next day global fedex in a padded envelope
last I talked with him many years ago he had shipped well over 500 of his kits to the USA
similarly in the same time period there were parts vendors in Belgium and Switzerland that were regularly shipping machinegun recievers unregulated there to private buyers in the USA…everything from WWII TSMGs and BARs to current select fire AUG and Sig 510 series frames
Hell guys how many limp dickers in the USA have their cock pills shipped in from overseas in this country today?
I’ll wager thousands and thousands
same with genetic hybrid pot seed from Canada or the Netherlands
or brand spanky new in the cardboard can HW moderators we see every so often on the Yellow.

my experience is that the most anal nations when it comes to tearing into packages from overseas are Canada and Australia
I have had shipments tied up in their Customs sometimes for months
last few shipments to the PRC sailed right through their Customs

really makes one wonder who the commies really are in the world 🙄

Besides, that guy getting the beating is very affluent, and it’s legal for him to arrange a “Conjugal Visit” during the punishment. What you can’t see is the Chinese hooker playing his skin horn during the thrashing he’s receiving. You never know Joe….you just might enjoy such an multi-cultural experience!

I’m gonna pass on that one uncle hoot 🙂

Basically he wanted me to put down “compressor parts” on the custom’s form…and I’m not about to put down “compressor parts” for a rifled barrel, a muzzle brake, a trigger frame, and a trigger! Aint gonna happen.

Might have the pistol sold to a guy on the yellow anyhow…

My prior advice was so bad I removed it.

Kindly ‘Ol Uncle H 😯 😯 T

PS: Found this online posted by an airgun dealer….To China, Airguns have a 2 Joules limit (meaning that they basically don’t shoot) and are inspected by the local friendly police department. Depending upon what you would like to order, Armed Forces Co., a Hong Kong based distributor may be able to help you. Armed Forces may be reached at 852.2858.3890 or at http://www.guns.com.hk

Airguns Considered Guns and are very illegal in China and their SAR’s of Hong Kong and Macau.

The punishment is pretty severe too…

and I know at least a half dozen guys on this site that would get a kick out of me being punished in this manner 😆

make that 7. 😆

If he’s legit it sucks as i need the cash… but I don’t mess with uncle Sam in any way, shape, or form! I will just post it up again. I’m sure someone state side is going to give this beast a home.

illigal…i dont know

if its not legal their customs should catch it and if marked on the shipping label returned (theres three options iirc..return, keep and i forget the third) if marked return they might have you pay for return shipping (usually they dont).

some countries require there to be a “from” name and adress on the package and shipping forms…others dont….theres nothing wrong with the from adress being a friends or such if your staying with said friend at time of shipping

if shipped in parts it will show your intend to cheat customs, that could result in fines and legal fee’s … most countries with strict weapons laws and even those who dont…they xray the shit out of everything and automated scanners will identify, trigger, barrel, stock and other typical “gun” parts….a barrel is damn hard to hide or call something else…the rifling will give it away….

anyhow now your edumacated, and if something is too good to be true it probably is

if you want to put a guy in a bind over there,,,,just ship him one of those keychain cameras, and mark the customs form “spy camera” LOL i had to return one of those…and the guy was very specific about what to call it, funny how that is….they ship tons of it to the US….but if we send the same to them, they go to prison

His name wasn’t Kim Wai Wong was it? He said to break it down in three parts and he also said that Darren sent him a disco this way and that he has a few big bores (which he sent photos of). Even if he wasn’t a scammer…he said for me to write “compressor parts” on the packages. Now if any of you know me..I don’t lie. I am especially not going to lie on a US Customs declaration form soooooooooooooooooo No deal!

Sounds like the same guy. Break it down, relabel and sent pics. I think he’s for real but I felt the same way as you.

Your shitting me? Dont sell that think to some hong kongian.

Thats bull. I would trade you for it, but you said no trades.

not looking to trade…need some cash..but if it doesn’t sell, and I end up selling something else…WHATCHU TALKIN BOUT WILLIS?

I had a guy from Hong Kong offer to buy a high end air gun from me recently. I asked him about the legality and he was straight up that it was illegal, that’s why “I should send it broken down in at least two different shipments.” He also offered me substantially more than what I was asking. Needless to say, I passed. I may be able to find his email if and PM you the correspondence if you like.
