Nothing new here in quite a while. I’m assuming this was a dead end ????

Thx Torque! He might get rid of all of them on this forum if the valve can be worked out. 🙂

Torque – nicely done!

Can you tell us what the cost and availability of the valve you had done are and if possible how to go about obtaining it?

Thanks!

The valve cost me 100.00 shipped.I emailed the guy this morning and he responded that he is checking to see if he can get more with the thread count for the cylinder in the pic.The problem with obtaining the cylinder is the guy on ebay will not respond. He doesn’t care.He had 70 of these left when I went by last week but they are no good to me unless I can have more valves made.I will let you know when I here back from the valve guy and if he wants me to post his contact info.Ken

Looks good! 😎

But you still need to figure the bleeding and filling pressure Mano?

Can you somehow fit the Air Venturi set to this?

Check your PM Torque….

Just call Joe B.and get a fill set made up and tell him on the tank end you have a male foster. So the set would have a female foster then a bleeder/gauge block then a hose and another female foster.

Looks good! 😎

I went by ISI this week and picked up one of the tanks you linked. The valve fit nice.

Torque, I think these will complete the set up… I got these pictures from Pyramid.. They are Air Venturi parts.

Inline meter

Hose with bleeder

Close up bleeder.

Looks like a common breathing air valve to me,non regulated. The gauge shows tank pressure. If I keep it I am going to put a bleeder between the male foster and valve and leave the fill pressure gauge on my fill hose so when it is detached the tank will be as compact as possible, after all that is why most want a 17cu size tank. The guy that made it said it did not have a cga347 threaded outlet it was something funky.I would think it was a din300.Not to funky if you ask me,pretty common.Just the euro spec for hpa to 4500psi.Nice work I think. He cuts them off and does his trick then installs the male foster.Stay tuned.Possum

Nice! 😎

I got a few questions:

Looks like air Venturi carbon tank valve, you have to use their filling hose with integrated bleeding nut, right?

The large meter on the top, does it show pressure in the tank constantly, or filling pressure? Are you going to need their inline pressure gauge?

What about the valve itself, s it regulated for slow filling like the Jubilee valve?
If so, is refilling from a home compressor going to slow it down too?

Thanks Torque!

🙂

Trying to get more pics up,damn software.

Had a valve made up with the proper thread for this tank. I will have it on the 19th and go by ISI and test fit in one of those bottles. I will update the results.

The guy posted his email in YouTube comment… I just emailed him.

Guys, I am purchasing manager for my company sourcing for products all over China, and since the first time I saw this pump in YouTube, I went on searching for it online and from factories I knew in China…. I found nothing!
😯 I spent lots of time in China, and I thought I can find anything I want there….

Then I gave up and bought it locally and the unit came in without any brand or manuals, models name, or website…. Nothing… It’s like home industrial product or something. Even the box is plain.

The guy who posted the video I believe is also from Indonesia, but I didn’t get my unit from him, I didn’t see his reply on YouTube.

They are still on sale here, but the production is still a mystery to me. 😕

Btw, the picture I posted is the only instruction manual emailed to me by the seller.

quote Nitroxda:

Connect the compressor and water pump with a water hose available

Fill a bucket with cold water and bershi, minimal volume 10L bucket

Run the water pump and make sure the water flows both new compressor run

I was hoping to get a model, make and number from it. I dropped a message to the Youtube site asking for it. Perhaps he will answer.

Perhaps Nitroxda can give us a name, model number of this machine. It may or may not be sold here in the U.S.
