Condor SS and 9″ Tony Shroud
Very quiet ( I use indoors in a Condo ) .22 with 18″ and AirForce SS system. As an unexpected bonus, the 9″ Shroud also has internal clearance to use a 24″ barrel with the Shroud in place. You have to remove the SS system to do this, however it does offer you the chance to use the 24″ barrel with a TT Shroud. I have not tried the 24″ barrel with a TT Shroud yet, so I can’t comment on the sound level, however I am very pleased that I have the option and will report as soon as I try the combination. Chip, I believe it is important that we don’t talk too much about sound moderating devices. At this time there is no official regulation of these modifications, too much attention might change this……..chip

Been a while, but it sticks out between 1/2 to 1 inch. Just enough to keep from being able to put ss cap on.
Does the 18inch barrel stick out of the talon ss frame at all ?

I figured it would be much more then that. Looks like on Talon Tunes website a 6in shroud is $225. Seems like a shroud for a 24in barrel would have to be twice the length of that. I won’t argue with $225 though !!

Anyone have a ballpark figure on the cost of a TT shroud for a Talon SS with 24in barrel equipped ? Rifle doesn’t have to be dead silent but preferably close to it. Caliber would be .22

yes it does this is on my condor frame but the condor and the talon ss frames are the same size here are some pics i just took for you
