Need a good excuse to shoot a vandalizer
Starting this springs, it seems like some destructive individual/kid have moved in the neighborhood. They have stole tags, broke tail lights, recently broke two car windows.
So what im going to do is set up a few game cameras, study his behavior/schedule. Then stalk him like he’s a prey, and put a pellet in his ass while hes trying to vandalize another vehicle.
I need a good story to tell the COPS after its all said a done without sounding like a serial killer… lol

I’m a firm believer in “keep your friends close but keep your enemies in the crosshairs” but it would take something as severe as an assault on my wife to make me smoke someone! Hope I never have to!
It’s actually the kids parents that need to be shot in the ass for not teaching junior to be a better person. Sometimes we need to look at the “root” of the problem. “Shoot a kid,go to jail”! Don’t do it!
Here’s another scenario if you lead-butt this guy:
You shoot him in the ass.
He does not go to the police.
He gets really pissed and takes revenge. Attacking whomever or the property of people living in the vicinity of the shooting.
After all, it’s a given he’s angry, stupid and has morality issues.
Go the film route, if you can. Sooner or later, he’ll go home, probably on foot. If you are the stealthy type and the surroundings allow safe observation from a safe distance, even better. Stay anonymous, legal and out of sight.
Your insurance, if you have it, should cover damages.
Is it worth the chance of getting butt raped?
Cause that is a possible outcome for you.
Thats some crazy stuff you been through. Mine isn’t as a roller coaster as you but aint no smooth road either. I guess if that were me, i would have gone rogue and tried to go after them and end their lives…atleast that what I would WANT to do, not sure if I go through with it…as with this topic i started… its just a thought, a maybe.
But you got a happy ending and they paid for what they do… eventually all crimes will be paid with interest.
Ill take your hard-earned life experience advices and just going get him on camera and hand it over to the po po. They better do something bad to him afterwards.. and reimburse me my $400 with receipts for the window/windshield or I will put a pellet in his ass lol.
I had lived up there for 3 years as a hermit and had got myself together enough to venture out in life.
Part of getting my life together was going thru a divorce with a really crazy woman that had built the house with me and lived there for 10 years, she had left me 3 years prior after 21 years of marriage and caused the hermit stage, that and PTSS from my prior job that I had retired from with a full disability at age 31. I had at the time started an affair with a married gal and when your screwing another guys wife and going thru a divorce you make enemies.
It was months before we knew who it was that did it, so we, the gal I was with were pretty nervous thinking it might have been one of them.
Turned out it was a group of young adults/juveniles who were breaking into mountain houses and destroying them. They burned a couple of them down and when they shot mine up they also hit a propane gas line and it sounded like a siren so they left without setting it on fire. It dumped 200 gallons of propane into the house, luckily they left a door open, or it would have built up to the level of the pilot light on the propane refrigerator would have set it all off, can you just imagine the bang in a 2300 square foot house with 4 feet of dirt on the top of it?
They also stole 36 lbs of gun powder and several hundred black powder 12 gauge shotgun shells, a State trooper investigating a game case saw some of the shells in a suspects house and cut it open and saw it was loaded with black powder and as a result solved the case.
There were three of them involved with my house and two of them ratted on the third and he was sentenced to 6 years.
I eventually sold the house for a bag of money and bought a ticket to Thailand, going from one extreme to another, but then I do that about every 10 years or so.

Well, let me leave youwith this question in order for you to form some judgement.
If you shoot the vandal in the ass with a pellet gun, and yes if I could change the laws we could all do this, but for now you would be committing a felony that is a fact of law.
So taking that in to accord, you would face prison time, are you willing to do 5 years in the pen, let your wife and everything you won go down the tube, marriages BTW very seldom survive such an ordeal, become a 2nd class citizen when you get out, just to take retribution on some pimple faced fuck?
And remember you have posted this online, so if some vandal shows up in the news with a JSB lead injection in his ass, the world will beat a path to your door step
To me if I owned a paid for 2013 vette, I would not trade it for one month behind bars, not one week for that matter, nothing to me is more valuable than my freedom.
I had three people break into my mountain home, then break into my gun room and take my AR15 and shoot 38 shots through out my house, they took out every major appliance I had.
Now if I had come home and found them shooting up my house, they were armed and shooting, and by law I could have used deadly physical force against them, only because they were armed while committing the act, but the point that I am making is I hate vandals probably more than you can ever imagine, but I would still not trade a day of my liberty for all the retribution I could rain down on them..
As it was I was close to being held in contempt of court for what I said to them at their sentencing.

Again, it ain’t that big of a deal. I’m not committing any felonies. The person who been vandalizing is committing felonies.I’m just talking about the possibilities. This forum is awesome.

I don’t know, is it worth it? Is it worth fighting to protect your property and piece of mind? Should common citizens bond together take arms to defend themselves against a suppressive government? I be honest with you… Cops around here are idiots and show up after its all said and done. They work on a schedule, the criminals know it. They don’t lookout for the little people. We look after ourselves.

Only if he were charging towards you, entering your home, etc. could you legally shoot the bastard.
Film the deeds, turn it into the police… let them and the law deal with it.
