Q:

A heavier .25 King coming….

I emailed JSB concerning the need, IMO, for a heavier .25 with the King design. Here was their response:

Hi Derrick,

Thanks for your e-mails and questions.

I am sorry but this project is a little delayed because of some problems
with the semi-finished products. I hope to solve it soon so pellets are
available still this summer.

Thanks for your understanding.

Best regards,

Pavel

Subject: .25 Kings

Hello Again,
I have a .25 Cricket Carbine. This rifle is crying out for a heavier
version of the Kings. Please bring out a heavy in 32+ grain. Cheers.

Kind Regards,
Derrick Wall,

32gr heavy?

Heavier not heavy, big difference.

The man did say heavier =)

I’m waiting.

This is good news :smilen:

Eun jin definitely needs some competition. Hopefully if the 34 gr is successful they’ll try the 43 gr market.

That is excellent news, plus the dude is named Pavel… I like that.

Looks like they want to hash out problems before hitting the market. That’s a good things.

The latest :D:

Hello Derrick,

I am so sorry for the delay of this project. We have been very busy with the
production this year. The production is running at full capacity 24 hours a
day and 7 days a week…

The new .25 caliber pellets will be around 2,2 grams (around 34 grains).

Thanks for your understanding and patience.

Best regards,

Pavel

anyone heard anything about these??

its gonna drive me to drink LOL

from what ive heard they are going to be 34gns.

I hope they are shaped like the 18.1 22 cal instead of the 25.4 gr 22 cal pellets. More weight is decidedly good; my BSA barreled, bottled Marauder loves the Kings.
cheers,
Douglas

Come on 32 grains!
