Can your dealer send you a replacement first, replace it yourself and send the other one back to them ?
When I received my Cricket 22 the side lever bent on shipping, Steve at WWAG had Ernest send me a whole new receiver.
I replaced it myself and sent the damage one back.
So no down time for me according to Steve.

Basically just don’t want to wait for the whole shipping back and forth.
Instead I have to disassemble (again) ship the part to wwag then await a replacement.
Is there another source for spare parts?
Never heard of a gun for which spares are unavailable.
Well Bud, you had better not ever think about getting an Edgun then… Cricket parts are among the easiest to get. Your issue is likely an warranty issue so that’s why you would need to return it before getting a free replacement (I’m sort of guessing about that part).
So I don’t get why I can’t just buy a spare part.

Let me find out if we have any of the end plugs in the latest shipment of parts. I know that some of the models did not have the groove and the thread tape solved the issue. Will contact you tomorrow after talking with Ernest or Charlie.

No. There is no o-ring. No Groove whatsoever.
The o ring dried out and took a shape of plastic part of gauge .
Thanks for letting this problem to be known.
I would think it could be machine again with this groove.

That is correct. I do not have that groove. It is as if that machine operation was missed.
Wait, let me get this straight the step down groove is on the fill cap not on the gauge, correct ?
The red arrow indicates the step down groove for the O-ring, 2 mm X 10 mm V75 Viton O-ring Black (V2.00X010).
If yours doesn’t have this step down groove I would suggest contacting Ernest for a replacement.

Well turns out there is no O-ring groove under my gauge. Is this a new design or a manufacturing defect?
Thank you for John’s gauge tool as I could never have unscrewed it otherwise. Gauge was very tight but bubbles indicated leak was from the gauge interface.
Temporary solution was some thread tape but anyone know if I can buy a replacement end plug piece WITH the groove?
No I do not.
Some owner say you can push down on the gauge and turn it loose.
But on both of my Crickets they where very tight on there.
But I’d check with Ernest I think he might have some.
Or try and contact John he maybe still making them for sale.
