Ultimate Vulcan trigger tune……
Trigger adjustment for the Vulcan, take your stock off, have the gun upside down.
Have no clip in your gun, make sure you have no pellet in your barrel.
1. Adjust trigger rod # 85 clock wise till it goes all the way and stops. Then their is a collar on the rod with a tiny allen screw on it, against a spring. Have that collar with no pressure on the spring.
2.Look at the back of the main body part #59 you will see two allen head screws #110a
& # 110b with locking nuts on them.
Adjust both one at a time, till your gun will not cock or the safety will not work.
Then back it off counter clock wise, till it does work.
Then adjust the other the same way.
Now both your safety should work & the gun should cock.
Now if you want a hair trigger, which I like.
You can adjust both screws # 110a & 110b a little bit more, but now your safety will not work.
If you look at the trigger & safety their is a little plate that slides, you have too file that edge down just a little bit, so the plate can slide under the trigger.
Then your trigger will work again, and you will have a hair trigger & a working safety.
Do at your own risk, & this may void your warranty. 😯

I have no time for that right now. I’d need to take some photos and do a tutorial so it takes time that i don’t have at hand right now. Work, rebuilding the garage and shooting takes all my time – and then some.
And to adjust that rod it’s , of course , mandatory to loosen the clevis/ snap-on connection from the trigger mechanism. That adjust the first stage and to some degree the sensitivity of the trigger as well. The other side ( the trigger side ) adjusts the trigger blade position (front/back) but as said you need to loosen either end to be able to adjust these parameters separately.

This to me does not make any sense. When you turn the #85 rod either way it will not change anything, unless you are talking about removing the clevis from the end of the linkage. The two clevis at either end are both right hand thread. If you turn the rod it unscrews one clevis and screws in the other one, so no change is made to the length of the rod or the adjustment. These linkages are commonly found on radio controlled model airplanes. I build model airplanes, so I am familiar with the adjustment of control surface linkages such as this.

There’s one more adjustment that no one seems to have found. I need to take a pic for you mechanically challenged.
The trigger has many parameters that can be adjusted so it can be confusing but it really is a simple thing to adjust to perfection once you understand what all the adjustments really are and how they effect the feel and the let-off.

Who? Is it the person with the videos? What language does he speak? Arabic?
I would love to have someone post a video with detailed instructions on tuning this trigger. The sear engagement and overtravel stop are very easy to adjust, but….
I think there is a lot of confusion on the exact details involved in the adjustment of the linkage rod / first stage / take up, whatever you want to call it. I was told by one of the dealers that the linkage rod is a turnbuckle which isn’t really true. A turnbuckle has ends that are threaded in opposite directions, so that when you turn the rod one direction it lengthens, and when you turn it the opposite direction it shortens. This would be nice, but the linkage rod on the Vulcan trigger is simply a link rod that you would typically find on a large radio controlled model airplane. the ends both have right hand threads, so when you turn the rod it has no effect on the length of the system, in other words one end unscrews and the other end tightens. So the only way to change the length of the linkage rod is to tighten or loosen one end or the other , so you can only adjust in 1/2 turn increments.
I would like to see this rifle with a link rod that can be adjusted incrementally, with a swivel at one end and a threaded fitting at the other end with a lock nut so it could be turned and locked to infinitely adjust the length of the linkage with out disassembling the ends.
The other adjustment is a tiny set screw which threads in from the side, behind the trigger, this I found to be difficult to adjust, and I plan to make a set screw that will transverse the entire width of the receiver with the threads removed in the center behind the trigger blade, I think it will tighten up the play in the trigger and remove almost all of that long take up, with out causing the safety to become inoperable.
This is far from a simple system to adjust in my opinion, and I see a lot of room for improvement.

Ville is right about trigger adjustment. My bottom adjustment screw worked loose the other day( the one with locking nut).
It backed out so much that trigger would not engage. That screw allows you to adjust how much you pull trigger before it will fire. Eg hair trigger. Trigger pull is adjusted with spring behind trigger. Very easy to work with.
