Short Matador .22 finally in my hands! (Pics)

Sooo… finally decided to try Lelya’s bigger brother and man, this thing is damn accurate!

For a start – obligatory photo of my new toy, of course:

And next to my Eberlestock S34 Secret Weapon pack:

Fits perfectly inside:

More pics to come soon! Oh, I know I need a bit bigger scope 😉

Ed, you’re right. But it’s more complicated in my case… my wife likes airguns as well and she follows some airgun forums (including this one) and in such a case “the presumption of innocence” wouldn’t work at all, haha! I’d be trialed and sentenced on the spot by her!

Well, yeah… but airgun hunting is not legal everywhere around the world, so pics like that could put me into jail. Hardly worth trying… so I just enjoy the look, fun and accuracy. And take pics like the pics I posted 🙂

Well, you live in a West word, where the presumption of innocence is a basel principal of the like, isn’t it? Thus if you are not cought while hunting with airgun you can make picture of your gun even with an elk, for example, it is just “art” no more 🙂 They have to proove you’ve shot that animal with EXACT gun, not you should prove you haven’t do it. Am I right?

We have no right to hunt with airgun either, that is why I have all the licence and permitions for fire arm hunting. When I go for hunting I have firearm with me, but shoot with airgun. When I meet hunting inspector in the woods, even having shot birds with me I show him docs for firearms. And he knows exactly that I didn’t use it for hunting but used airgun, but he cannot prove it, thus there is no need even to start the procedure and he goes away. The presumption of innocence is working here, in this aspect of life at least.

Yea that’s unfortunate…
Im glad you are making the best of it though. Your pics are great.

Thanks! OK, one last for now. It was REALLY foggy day today… so perfect day as long as you have a decent backstop. Well, that roll looks good enough 🙂

For now I’m mounting it with my Hawke 6.5-20×42 AO Sidewinder Tactical Rifle Scope, Ill. 20x Half Mil-Dot Reticle.

I have two Hawke 6.5-20×42 Tactical SF scopes. For the money they are hard to beat plus the Hawke warranty is lifetime. I used the warranty and customer service was 1st rate. All I paid was the shipping to Hawke everything was covered.

Very nice Matador picture Ed !

I like the Offset Moderator, hoping Tony will be getting them in soon.
