EDgun R3 .30 video review

I just ordered a tin, I will do a review of them in the gun.
Keyser have you tested the 50gr pellets in this gun yet?
No disrespect but I like Leadbetter’s pictures much better :8:
(And this is not a homophobic statement)
Cut out the Carbs, the white stuff.
If you just divide your carb intake in half you should start to lose a pound of fat weight a week.
When you plateau the weight/fat lost take out a bit more carbs and start exercising mainly cardio in the morning only before breakfast.
After which you should loose no more then a pound of fat a week.
More then that will result in muscular lost as well, and that not good.
If you like to build muscle increase lean protein when cutting out the carbs, keeping the fat levels the same at all times.
Start resistance training, lift heavy.
Three to four meals a day and don’t skip meals.

In fact the weight doesn’t tell you anything. Just an example:

As you see the difference is only 2 kg, now my weight floating from 83 to 85 kg and can change for 2 kg less then a day. So, the figures on the scale is nothing, besides muscles are heavier then fat, thus having the same weight you will look absolutely different wtih muscles and fat. I don’t care about weight any more, the % of fat is more importatant thing. It is easy to meassure, just 10 cm. aside of your navel, nip the skin with the fat and meassure it with the tool you measure the size of detail (have no know it name in English) and your percantage of fat will be around equal of mm you have. I used to have 35 mm (35 %) normal for man of my age is about 20 mm (20 %), now I have around 17-19 mm (%).
I just remove completely bread from my meal, added more vegetables and groats, fish and unfact meat. Plus six training a week, three with iron and three boxing 🙂
congrats Ed,,, i wish i could lose my little belly as well,,,you have done a great job,,, now you are ok, however i have a small belly but i don’t like it at all,,, it has been about 10 years i am playing between 83kg – 89kg ,,,my tall is about 184 cm ,,, i couldn’t lose it :angrymob: my wife cook a very delirious meal that is why i cannot lose 😯
That is jeans I’ve bought this spring in Germany, when I was at IWA 🙂 So, the trend is that my pants I usually wear are getting bigger and bigger but shirts and jacket getiing smaller and smaller 🙂

No risk, the pellet coudn’t hit my fingers, but looks terrific 🙂
Damn it Ed, you know I have to have one of your guns in 9mm :angrymob:
I too am loving the R3 30. The single shot is no problem for hunting I like the simplicity I just ordered 2 of these pouches for my single shot guns (Lelya and R3) I think they look perfect for hunting.

PS Ed is straight up crazy, watch him hold a chronograph by hand on a 160 foot pound shot!
Yes, I use only Matador R3, single shot .30 for hunting now. No problem with single shot, enough time to make a second shot if neccesary. I am working on 9 mm. gun. That will be something different nobody expect it 🙂 I think you all will like it 🙂
9mm EDgun? That would be awesome. Chances are it will be whisper quiet with ED’s new moderaters! :8:

I’m thinking another Ed’s gun. R3.30 is quiet, powerful and accurate, but it’s single shot. Matador .25 is good for all, but it’s not quiet enough. Just keep watching for ed’s new gun.
