need help, mag is stuck…..
ok i had my nephew try shooting vulcan today after Christmas lunch.
he had trouble working the bolt, his young & it was his first time with the gun.
well he tryed working the bolt, and it only went half way.
it will not go forward past half way.
i can’t get the mag out of the gun, i think a pellet is stuck, and that may be why.
i took the ldc off the barrel ran a cleaning rod down the barrel, nothing gives way.
what should i do. 🙁

I rather remove the HS, unless I’m actually going to disassemble the AT.
Had de-gassed mine several times but looking back at your videos you did show de-gassing with the air tube already out of the mechanism:

its up, but slowly updating the site–just myself and I, never done it before so slowly I go, till I get this last 4 tunes done then no more tunes—then full time up dating the site.
i used a wood dow rod.

I did not get the barrel off, i had one of the barrel clamp cap screw nut is rotating CCW
also.
but i was able too get the screws loose. i took a single screw off end back on the top, by the mag well. i did see a 2nd one in there too, but i did not have the right size allen too get it off. but i still could not get the barrel off.
so i took the probe out the back end, then i used a cleaning rod, and taped on the end of it, till all the stuck pellets came out.
all- n -all i strip out no screws, & put no scratches on the gun & i learned a few things today. the gun shoots fine. 
great news, hope you didn’t use a metal cleaning rod they don’t always go in straight behind the pellet and sometime they ride on the rifling wall and scratch a deep one.
No forum or joining on my site just inputs to make it more complete information source for that AG in review.

first i took the hammer spring out, just too be safe.

well i got too know my vulcan in more depth today.
had 3 pellets, smashed in the barrel, & one more half way between the barrel & the mag. craze kid!
now i can go back too shooting! :rofl: :rofl: :rofl:
I keep a log of issue and how it was fix with the Vulcan, so your experience with the issue and how if was fix is needed!!!
The only way that barrel will not pull out is:
1. one of the barrel clamp cap screw nut is rotating CCW with the cap screw when loosening=====seen 6 Vulcan that did that, had to make a mod flat head screw driver to hold the not from rotating.
2. rear barrel TP screw not removed,—-> only the counter sunk screw was removed—some have them on the stop to stop blow back of air around the TP screw.
3. didn’t pull barrel hard enough?

SAFETY NOTE FIRST:
The safety is NOT reliable when the barrel bands are loose.
Be sure the gun is uncocked and remains uncocked during the below. You may inadvertently cock the trigger
while manipulating things.
My strong advice is to de-cock AND completely remove the hammer spring adjuster to absolutely prevent accidental discharge.

All four tension screws are loose? (yes I know, obvious stuff first)
I don’t know what caliber you have. Some have a set screw under that rear cover screw.
Shine a flashlight into the hole on top and make sure you see the barrel’s index hole and not
a set screw.
Assuming no set screw… degrease the muzzle end of the barrel and use a rubber bottle cap opener
to improve your grip. Rather than simply pulling, rotate the barrel back and forth to
work it loose.
If still completely jammed, you can do like a dent puller with a piece of
rubber sheet and a two hose clamps around the front of the barrel. A crescent wrench
with its end wrapped in tape can be the striker. Tape the wrench forward against
the hose clamp. If need be, you can hold the wrench against the clamps and
tap the wrench with a smaller rubber mallet.
If still no joy, move on to getting access from the rear of the breach block
1. Remove the top breach cover
2. Unscrew the rear probe body plug
3. Remove two screws holding cocking rod to probe body. There is also a small
spacer between the cocking rod and the probe body. Don’t lose that.
4. Remove the side extension of the probe body.
5. Pull the probe body out the back of the breach block.
You now have access to the rear of the magazine.
This will let you see the jammed pellet. Unless you have endo-graspers
the distance will be too great to grab the pellet with pliers.
However, you can put in a dowel and tap the pellet/barrel forward.
If all this still fails, completely remove the cocking rod.
At that point the only thing holding the magazine in place
is the pellet and the barrel in the magazine groove.
You can strong arm the magazine out, but keep in
mind the shape of that groove for the barrel means
the motion swings the bottom out first.
