This company needs multiple Dealers in these united States. The guy currently importing Edguns does not even have a website we are in 2016 and still no website? WHAT? And there is no excuse for you backasswards Edgun Sheep. It takes 6 months to get repairs on guns or parts made to correct design flaws really??? Serious like for the gen 1 and gen 2 .30 valve? Actually it might even be a few years for gen 1 .30 if I am not wrong?
What freaking products does Edgun sell? Where can I see them? Clothing, Scopes Pellets and what guns? Where the hell do you go to see them any idea Toshik? Oh yeah some airgun bulletin board? Just ask around? Edgun USA is a joke! Wonder if it is the same all around the world? I bet it is. This is an out of date back woods Russian operation? It starts with the owner who has done business this way for how many years? Ed allows his product to be sold in the biggest market in the world these unites States by one guy who has no web site no phone number just an email and you wonder why you can not get your gun fixed? You wonder why you have no idea what they sell. You have to be an intelligence agent who has scoured the net or inside info to know this stuff!

that elegant Shotgun is unique in deed,,, and still there are more expensive hand made rifles/shotguns ,,,etc,,, we cannot stop on the last station i think,,, and we will be definitely crazy and will find ourselves on the street and our family will tell us (OH,,,he was really nice guy,,,petty he got crazy for guns) ,,,

Tony and Ed have done a great job for me over the years, Several guns, a few parts and a little waiting is not an issue for me as I am not a crying baby give it to me now generation type of guy. Edguns are the best air rifles every made, robust simple accurate and I think if you have to wait on a list and are not capable of that simple task then you likely are more of a WalMart gun type of shooter anyway and do not deserve an Edgun. World is full of spoiled instant gratification child mentality adults these days. True custom built guns from small companies and waiting lists are common everywhere. Like it or buy something else.
The information is trustworthy because there isn’t any kind of “conflict of interests” or any unfair commercial practice or unfair competition 😀

Yeah. I guess was a whole 9 days late to the party but it’s good to know things have been sorted out. Thanks for the added perspective though. Mine was that I’d been treated fairly and I’m glad I stated it. Super glad to hear we’ve got an added dealer. Brian is a great choice!
Thanks for your suggestions but your kinda late to the party bro. You must of missed most of the stuff that created this climate. All you have said has been done and more. No need to repeat it :horse: Many folks were high and dry for almost 2yrs with non-working .30’s with little to no help. This just didn’t pop up all of a sudden. The community here is what forced the fix and what wasn’t fixed was taken care of by a few independent guys who couldn’t wait any more. No help from any dealers (at the time).
Anyway, I think its all sorted out now and everyone’s kinda happy… not all has been fair but you need to have some perspective before jumping on the critics. 🙄

I’ve never had a problem with Tony Rundenko. Not when I ordered my R2.5 Standard back in 2010 and not when I’ve called to talk to him. First class gentleman and extremely knowledgeable.
Not sure why he and Ed are getting trash talked here but, it’s obviously wrong to do so. Here’s a suggestion, rather than disparaging them in front of everyone on this forum, why not contact them directly and voice your opinions with them personally?
I’m sure everyone would respect that much more. Sobering up before calling or emailing them would probably help too. 🙄
Gosh! I haven’t been here for a while, but Oakley, you sure seem butt hurt over something. Haha…maybe Ed was like”No Edgun for you bitch”! And then your butt got hurt. Tony has been so amazing every time I’ve contacted him and he’s always gotten what In needed as soon as he could.
Even Ed has replied to my emails! Sheeeit…Ed and Tony are great. I shot my edgun today at 25, 50 and 100 yards. We were popping eggs and my gun was so dead on! Thanks Ed and Tony!
I’m Brazilian and have one Edgun long.22, here the parts when I need it’s easy get with Francisco…I buy one .25 with problems and he change to me..no problems. Edward and Francisco have my respect. Good guys.very happy with my Edgun.thanks.

The only thing Edguns have in common with a custom made gun is sometimes the waiting time for the gun and the spares 😀
