Vulcan Tube failure
Guys
seen a few posts on FB showing a catastrophic tube failure on a vulcan, the groups are all closed so i can’t link to them, they contain 3 pictures but no information concerning the failure – Egveny is aware and looking into this concerning incident, my gut feeling is this a fill to fail destruction test but with no information so we can only make assumptions which is not helpfull at all,

Angling for a Darwin Award and seems there are others ready to follow in his foot steps.
That’s some scary shits !
The things that don’t mix, a dumb shit that’s trying to grow a brain and HPA.

apparently some idiots bypass the auto switch off on these chinese compressors. while others just leave the room because it is noisy. no idea maybe some trace of self preservation instinct is still there…

i have seen that other video when someone is pleased to see it can pump all the way into the RED. testing their burst disks
WOW
It would be nice to have a pressure relieve mechanism when filled over spec.
Here in the UK no powder firearm can be sold unless its been independently proof tested outside of what the manufacturers may or may not have tested.
There are 2 proof testing companies, 1 in London and 1 in Birmingham. They recently opened up their archives to show people what happens when things go wrong.
Shotguns, Rimfire and Centrefire with ruptured chambers and barrels. Obviously they all failed the proof test. And they didn’t all come from Turkey or other unknown manufacturer’s. Some from USA, UK, Italy, Russia etc
Rather scary but I guess its the same for PCP’s with compressed air. Faulty steel, aluminium or even titanium. Probably doesn’t happen that much but when it does you don’t want it anywhere near your face or nuts.
Trust me, if you consider how dangerous PCPs can be you stop using them.
When I saw the pictures of what happened to a guy when the air-cylinder failed I went back to springers for several years, just too scared.
When I returned to PCPs nothing was like before, all the air-cylinders are kept far away from the living area of my home, I never again filled to the maximum pressure and at the minimum “ding/hit” or suspect of potential failure the material gets replaced.
No kidding with compressed air and please consider that air-cylinders are subject to “fatique” even if they don’t get any “dings/hits”, diving bottles need to be tested and eventually replaced at regular intervals and there is a reason why.
Materials can and do fail.

I’ve got a genuine Vulcan air tube if he needs one
Damn that is scary! I remember awhile back Hoot was playing with a tube. I think is was back when he and Sir Ville were on a canoe trip down at Toad Suck.
man, there are some more retards on the fakebook page, currently one is using a chinese made compressor and shows that it can fill to 300bar.
Darwin award rewarded. the regulator works best 220 and under no?
i think sniperqty should fly over to Asia to do some “purge”
A few years back guys were drilling a hole in Rapid’s 400 or 500 cc buddy bottles to apply a quick fill and those were really scary applications.
But to be honest never heard about a buddy bottle failure.
Vulcans are high-end pcps built with quality materials so no doubts about the gun.
But air-cylinders are subject to stress and no matter how good the materials are they can fail if misused and become very dangerous and this applies to every brand.
I believe today everybody is considering the failure coming from an improper use and not build quality.
But as somebody said, it would be nice to know the whole story.
Y’all know how Hoot likes to play with tubes
  :4:
Be nice to know the whole story instead of the bullshit little snips.
the bigger picture is the price these premium PCP’s command in China 8k plus, someone with no consideration to high pressure systems fucked up and destroyed his investment and now wants to pull in compensation to recover his loss, evgeny has proven without doubt his focus on customer care and has been identified in my opinion as a soft target to recover numpties loss,
