Does anyone here follow a special diet or is into nutrition?
I am currently downloading a movie called Food Matters because a friend referred it to me. Its really interesting to learn how the top killers in North America can be prevented with good nutrition.
1. Heart Disease
2. Cancer
3. Abusing medication (I found this to be very interesting because most things doctors give you have negative side effects)
Taking care of your body should be the most important priority but like most people fun or paying the bills comes first.
I’m only 28 years young and want to live a long healthy life. The future will bring some really neat Airguns too 🙂

I woke up this morning and had two lines of crank and a cup of coffee. I got more done by 9:00AM than the entire US Army.
People do come reliant on medicine, but that’s buisness. If you cure someone, they will no longer buy your medicine, why would they, so you don’t get any money from that. If you cure the symtoms well, they will take it every time they get sick. More $
It makes perfect buisness sense.

People usually get sick because their bodies are toxic and make perfect enviroments for disease to grow. That’s why most people get ill during the holidays. All the fatty foods, alcohol, lack of rest and temperature changes.
It’s good to have a fast metabolism when your young, but surprisingly enough a lot of young people are dying from cancer and heart problems. We live in a world where people want results instantly, that’s why most of the drugs that are available won’t cure you long term. People have to become dependent on them.
I like the special nerd diet.
Hot pockets an mountain dew. 🙂
On another note, I’ve always had a beef with the medicine thing. I think it’s a great thing when it’s taken like needed. If you are very sick, and you need medicine to get better, then of course it’s good. But I know some people that, on the first sign of a cold or something very minor like that, they take all kinds of different medicine to fix it. Funny thing is, those people always seem to be sick. I think taking all that medicine all the time kills their immune system. I rarely take any kind of medicine. Unless I’m really sick and definately need it, I don’t take any. I get sick once, maybe twice a year. I really do believe there is a link in that. Same thing with health freaks, the people that wash their hands 15 times after doing anything that might get a germ on them. People like that seem to get sick a lot. I think it’s the same killing the immune system thing. It may just be my own crazy theory, but I think it’s right.
As far as diet goes, I’m using this teenage metabolism for all it’s worth. 😀

I am sponsored by tahitian Noni but they don’t pay me to endorse their brand.
For your information the active ingredient in tahitian noni juice is an enzyme called proxeronine which is found in pineapples but 40x in noni fruits. There is other vitamins and minerals too because it contains 10% blueberry and grape juices.
In some ways beer is similar haha, both make you feel good and are refreshing. beer will make you gain weight and feel intoxicated while noni helps build muscle and detoxes your body.
I was very skeptical about this product because I heard about it when I was 17 years young. At that time I was already educated on nutrition and followed a disciplined work out routine. During my travels people would tell me so much about Tahitian noni juice and it actually bothered me to think that they were just trying to sell it to me. After traveling back to Canada from a 1 year stay in the philipines, my mom had a box of tahitian noni juice in our house. I asked why and she told me that she began selling it because she’s a nurse and her workmates believe in it. I felt that she wasted her time and money on it, so i offered to help sell it to get her money back. I found some older folk that were interested and surprisingly enough it worked on them. I drank a little afterwards and felt quite good from it. The miracle I discovered was when a friend of mine injured his ACL tendon while jumping on a trampoline. he couldn’t walk and his leg was very swollen. I felt horrible and gave him a bottle to see if it would help. after he consumed the entire bottle that week, he went back to the doctors for a check up and was told that he healed so fast that he wouldnt need any surgery. From that time I thought it would be cool to promote this product in my online videos. That’s how I became Canada’s first spokesperson for Tahitian Noni Juice!

Most of my Nutritional intake comes from Whiskey with a splash of cola. 😆 My staple diet. As much venison as i can get my family to eat, and some all natural herbs to keep the doctor away for me. :11 I agree with Lama too many pills just wrecks the immune system, makes people sicker. Why cure cancer when you can sell them something to treat the symptom?
