Q:

cant decide which gun

i cant decide which air rifle i would like to get. no i cant just get them all.
im torn between an airforce condor, would have to get a shroud for it. a maurader, or a evanix blizard s10. ill be using it mostly for hunting, maybe a bit of target shooting. i still want good power and shot count. i know after getting the gun i still need a way to fill it, looking at a scuba tank, and will need a scope. i think those are they easier part. but i cant trully decide which gun to get. and as far as i know theres no local stores that sell these so i cant go check them out to see if id lke it or not.

its nothing special, just a crosman g1 extreme in .177. its all right just seems to have a mind of its own some times.

I hear ya Joey. What kind of springer do you have? I have a Beeman imported RX-1, so when I held my Condor felt like a feather.

the weight not a big deal, my springer weighs 6.5 the mrod according to pyramis weighs 7.5. should be ok as my shot gun and hunting rifle arent light either.

The only thing I can remember reading negative about the M-rod is it’s heavy. Never held one though so that’s not from first hand exp.

ive pretty much decided im gonna get a marauder from Greg Davis, tuned and set up left handed. all for around the price of the blizzard or a condor.

But the soot strings i have seen seem to have a huge deviation from shot to shot.

Maybe so but have you seen the strings of some Condors and Talons…

Get the Marauder first – Why ? well it’s on sale right now at AOA, it’s accurate, quiet, powerful in 22cal and decent shot count. THEN get a Condor – Mod the hell outta it. Then down the road after that get the S-10. I got them all and I jsut bought a 2nd Marauder. Could not pass up the deal.

+1

You can now find the Marauders for $399. That is a hell of a deal. It is quiet, accurate, and seems to have good power at lower PSI fills.

Damn TD, you have two? if that’s not an endorsement I don’t know what is. Have you done a write up of your M-rod in other guns? Like to read it if you have.

Get one of each!!

X2 on the benji. disco. Imho it’s one of the best “Bang for the buck” guns on the market.

The Condor is extremely accurate and extremely modular . You can adapt it to whatever situation you like .

the downside is it can get a little costly.

Dont know about the Evanix, seems decent.

the Maurauder is already shrouded and is supposed to be pretty quiet.very accurate . a great gun for the buck .

So if price is a real concern the Marauder is your best choice.

even a benji Discovery is pretty good for starters .

The Air Arms S410 is a phenomenal rifle

Cheers!
