Trigger issues again :(

ok i got my heavy hammer ans spring from rowdy lastnight
so i put them in put gun together and the trigger wouldnt hold the hammer
so i think maybe to heavy a spring so i put stock spring in and smae thing
so i mess with every thing cleaning and crap well today i put stock spring in the heavy hammer and hammer weight
it will hold on pw 3-4 but as soon as i turn it up to 5 or higher i wont hold again
i put a stiffer spring in the trigger and the gun wont only cock back about 1/2 inch
so i stretch a stock spring a bit it wont hold
i take trigger bits out nothing bent or wore out
all seems good
i have went through the QR section over n over i cant figure out why this gun is doing this
when it is on pw 3 i chronyed it and it was 408 with 18 grainers also but im not sure of my tank pressure i gotta grab my pump from mischief to see what my tanks at but i still have the trigger issue anyone have any idea whats up here?

if i move the spring to the front hole it falls off the sear thingy
but i have all new trigger parts including springs coming in thursday
so got one copming from airforce all the bits are all 5.80 each + shippin
Eeeewww that sucks dude!!!! Keep trying different places for the sear spring and the tightness of the front trigger guard screw. When I took the safety out I couldn’t cock the thing for shit. Then loosened the screw and could cock but wouldn’t catch. Moved the sear spring up towards where the safety used to be and she’s been a beast for 1000 – 1500 rounds.

That does look bad dude… I would fear much more direct hit and it would blow the shroud off the rifle LOL… Least with the heavy ammo I like to shoot it would LOL…
I launched one that Sharpshooter amde for me several years ago, when it didn’t line up so well. The Post Office mashed the hell out of it on its way to me, enough so that the EJ’s grabbed the shroud and launched it close to 25 yards… Scarred the b-jesus out of me!!!
It seems like just the other day he said, “I didn’t make the shroud wrong, you used a torque wrench on the set screw and moved the barrel to make it kill the shroud.”

You moved something out of whack…. – enough to not only clip the end but take a chunk out of it.
Dang Crow, hate to read about all the issues now… I went through a whole bunch of this stuff when I first bought my Condor, before AF sold parts to any of us LOL…
I wish I had read this sooner, or I would have told you not to try to bend the components. They are quite brittle… Very hard so they don’t wear so much…
Hopefully, the new stuff you have coming will do the trick… If not I look forward to see what is up next and I will see if I might have something you can try and see if it might help…
I have not followed along so much with your rifle and the tuning you have been doing, let me ask, you using a delrin hammer like the OEM, or aluminum or other material???
I use an aluminum hammer here, only really bad thing with these are they are somewhat louder like I have mine right now… Mine needs some more tweekin’ done on it and will soon after I get the regulator I want to build and put inside the tank and the pre-chamber added… Once I get that all working like I want, I am going to get back at the hammer issues of how loud the impact is LOL…

i had the same problem with mine, turned out to be trigger mod adjustments… good luck!

well it turns out that the trigger components dont bend the break lol

the angle looks damn close to the stock hammer
plus i tried the stock one and same issue
What is the face on the new hammer like?
If the angle is too great, the sear may have trouble holding it.

New one works very well though. 🙂 The screws definitely don’t have to be quite as tight as I thought they did. 😆
