1377 upgrades?
I just bought 1377 and was wondering where the best place to get upgrades is? Ill probably replace everything I can and most likely will go up in caliber.

UTG 6×32 AO bug buster. Change to UTG 4x16x50 AO. Ordered a UTG 3x9x32 bug buster it showed yesterday stuck it on my marauder pistol.
What are using for optics, if any?
They work pretty darn good I think. Probably want about a 16″ or 18″ shroud. When you make up your mine on the barrel you can always drop Sergio at BNM a e mail on your barrel choice and get his opinion also. I have a 21″, 22″ shrouds on my crosman pistols/carbines. One has 6 and the other has 7 baffles in them.
I didn’t get the shroud becasue I still not sure what i’ll do for barrel length or how many baffles I would want in the shroud. If with 13xx I won’t benefit going any longer than 14″ I will get 14″ barrel. What length shroud do you think that would require? Their baffles look very simple, how well do they work?
Crosman sells their 20″ .25 barrel for $37+$4. Word is at the marauder forum that the .25 barrels are made by Green Mountain Rifle Barrel Co. Not Crosman. Supposed to be on par with LW. And so far my .25 barrel shoot damn straight. After you mount a 20″ barrel in that breech there’s only going to be 16″ sticking out. Did you get a shroud?
I didn’t get the barrel from them, just the breech. Roy at Mountain Air said to not go much more than 14″ for a .25 on a 13xx. He has one more .25 LW barrel in stock I’ll have to see how much he wants for it, I just sold one I could have used.
Yup that 2stage trigger assembly is only $37+$4 shipping you do have to buy hand grips separate. Did you get the breech and barrel combo? I ordered up some H&N FTT 20.06 gr. I’m thinking about picking some of the gamo pba raptor 14.4 gr. and give them a try. Hopefully cut down on pump strokes lol.
I ordered the .25 breech. Roy at Mountain Air Gun said the 25 barrels he uses more accurate then the .22. Wishing I would have ordered a 2 stage trigger as opposed to the AR grip frame, we’ll see how it works. I don’t think I can put a 2 stage trigger into the HPA AR grip frame?
Yes barrels an breeches piston and valve can be swapped, between 2289 and 13xx. You can swap barrel and breeches with 13xx and 2240. The trigger assemblies all can be swapped. I use the marauder pistol 2 stage trigger assembly on 13xx and 22xx. Oh in order to use the prod trigger assembly the groove in the hammer has to be filled so the hammer is the same dia the whole length. Lol I haven’t really gotten tired of pumping yet. Though I’m probably going to end up buying a hpa compressor soon as I sell one of my cars.
Can any of the parts I’m using on the 13xx be used on the 22xx? Do you like your 22xx more then the 13xx? Does the pumping get old?
I have 3 of their breeches 2 .177 and the .25. I just sent my .177 RH side bolt breech and lothar walther barrel to them to have cut down to 18″ and drill the transfer port. Well if you get the .25 you can’t swap out barrels cause the 25 is .500 dia. Now the .22 you could swap in .177 regular crosman barrels. My .177 marauder barrel had to be machined to bring the transfer port inline with the port in the breech before it would line up.
I had the .25 breech and marauder barrel on a 2240 co2 tube with a performance valve and powermax hipac hpa system. I can tell you it takes 30 pumps to get as much penetration in a 2×4 as I get out of the hipac system pumped to 2300 psi.

Hi Assman here’s a link to a guy that makes brass piston and performance valve for 13xx. Fairly expensive but I’m impressed with them. Running a set in my modified back packer. Don’t have a chronograph so I can’t give you any numbers. I’m also using a marauder .177 barrel that’s damn accurate. Been great upgrades on my back packer. I would have went with the marauder .22 barrel but I read that they have had some problems with accuracy. So I passed trying the marauder .22 barrel. Right now I’m trying out my .25 barrel and breech for awhile on the back packer tube.

I ordered the AR trigger frame from HPA.
Trying to decide on breech now. I like Crosmods, but have read some bad reviews about wait time, customer service, and some pieces that were poorly machined or finished. Has anyone here ordered from them recently?

If you know what parts you want/need try eBay, some times things are cheaper. Worked for mine.
