1st Benchrest meet.

Well Folks… The question has been answered… Yes a Condor can be a competitive Benchrest gun. Took 2nd place at today’s shoot. Lost by one point to a .25 Cricket. 3rd place was a AA510s, 4th was a MaC 1 hunter.

well folks, im pretty stoked about this, after shooting and submitting 3 targets, the Condor is nationally ranked… Out door heavy varmint class. Im at the bottom 15th, but look at the names above me and the guns….. 😈

The Condor really impressed a lot of people, a lot of high end rigs out there. can’t wait to do it next month. I got my daughter a used slightly modified Disco with my winnings so she’ll be out there shooting with me. She’s got a better eye than me!

Congrats dude! I read all your posts about getting your rig ready, just hoping you’d smoke em’. 2nd place! The first time out? :shock:That’s BADASS bro! Keep it up. :4: I wonder if you left some of the guys with the really expensive setups scratching their heads? :angrymob:

Thanks GeneT for replying, it’s been a stressful 45 days leading up to this shoot. I’ve shoot those customs and I still love this Condor…hehe. Next shoot next month, it’s all all out time!!

Awesome shooting Salti! Looks like a fun event, and a very respectable finish! It is surprising to see customized factory guns beating out the custom guys. Could be that the factory guns (with adequate tuning and mods) are just as good, or it could be that you and the first place guy are just that much better behind the trigger. In either case, you are due much credit. I can tell by the grin that you are hooked!
